How do I know what size to get in the Oakridge Hat?

To establish your size as per your head measurement, measure the circumference around your head - approximately 12mm (1/2") above your ears. Keep the dressmaker tape level and firm, and keep it across your temple and above your eyebrow ridges. You want a close fit, but not so firm that the band leaves a mark on your forehead when you have worn your hat for a period of time. If you're trying your hat on instore, and you have a choice of a size that is a bit too firm, but the next size is a bit too loose, we recommend selecting the larger size. The Oakridge come in sizes S (55-56cm), M (57cm), L (58-59cm), XL (60-61cm) and 2XL (62cm).

Is it good in hot weather?

Yes. Weathered cotton stays breathable and doesn’t get stuffy, even on warm days. The brim gives decent shade without feeling heavy.

How do I clean it?

Use a soft brush or damp cloth. Don’t throw it through the wash. If it gets soaked, let it dry naturally — no heaters or hot sun, or the cotton may warp.
